Orders usually ship out 1-2 days from the time of confirmation. Orders can take up to 3 days to be processed and shipment arrival time is calculated from the time of physical shipment, even for overnight and 2-day orders.  Overnight and 2-day orders received past 12pm EST will ship out the business day after the order is received.  We are not responsible for delayed transit times as they may vary and are not garanteed by UPS.

When placing your order Please keep in mind No orders will ship on December 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th, December 26th, December 29th, 2017 nor on January 2nd, 2018 due to our shipping facility's Holiday hours

Shipping and Order Processing

Orders are processed based on availability and credit verification.  Please note: Orders may not be cancelled or modified after they have been placed.

Sales Tax Guidelines: Orders with a shipping address in the state of New York or New Jersey are subject to their appropriate sales tax. Only fur garments and articles are subject to New Jersey sales tax.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM US EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. SAM. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

We do not offer Saturday delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. We do not ship orders on the Friday after Thanksgiving.  Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.  Usually, free shipping orders placed before 12 PM US Eastern Time will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same or next day given stock availability. If you refuse or return a shipment from SAM, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the shipping costs of associated with returning the package to SAM. Additionally, any refused or returned to sender shipments that were not a result of fraudulent charges, will incur a $25 restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Returns Policy

We will gladly accept return requests on all items except items that are on sale, within 14 days from the time of delivery. Please allow up to 7 days transit time. SAM must authorize all returns prior to you sending back the goods. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RA NUMBER.   All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment less $10 for the returns shipping fee, and the original shipping fee if there was one. If we receive your return past 14 days after the order delivery date, you will be subjected to an additional $25 restocking fee. Returns received past 30 days will not be accepted nor refunded, no exceptions. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post refund amounts to your account.

Once the steps above are complete, Send all returns to the address below and be sure to mark the outside of the package with your RA number.

Please follow the instructions below in order to complete your return:

  • Request authorization by signing in to your account at sam-nyc.com and clicking the 'Return' link next to the order you wish to return. Complete and submit the online form.
  • Immediately, you will receive an RA number with pending status. Your request for return will be sent to SAM whereby it will be added in the queue for approval.
  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved by SAM, your return status will change from pending to authorized, and you will receive an email notification of this status change within 2 business days. This email will prompt you to log in, where you will be able to download your pre-paid UPS return label. Please print this label and secure it to the outside of your return package. Additionally, you MUST print the packing slip generated with the return label and include inside of the box. All returns must be sent to:

  • If you did NOT place the order as an account holder, please go to www.sam-nyc.com/sales/guest/form/ and fill out and submit the request for the return.
  • Immediately, you will receive an RA number with pending status. Your request for return will be sent to SAM whereby it will be added in the queue for approval.
  • Once your return request is reviewed and approved by SAM, your return status will change from pending to authorized, and you will receive an email notification of this status change within 2 business days. Once you receive, please re-visit www.sam-nyc.com/sales/guest/form/ and enter the necessary information. Click the  "RETURNS" tab to view the status of your return. Once Authorized, you will see two links adjacent to your return to print the shipping label along with the link to print the packing slip.  Print the label and secure it to the outside of your return package. Additionally, you MUST print the package slip and include inside of the box. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your return and no customer refund.

    If you wish to exchange your item, please return the unwanted merchandise and place an entirely new order for the desired item.  We do not process exchanges. 

    We kindly ask that you allow 15 business days from the time we receive your package back for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.

    • Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card only
    • SAM will deduct a fee of $10 for the return shipping label from the total amount refunded, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
    • Please note there will be an additional $25 restocking fee deducted from your refund total for all shipments received past the 14 days from the date of delivery.

    RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

    • SAM-nyc.com does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than sam-nyc.com. We are happy to answer any questions related to SAM products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of sam-nyc.com.
    • SAM-nyc.com does not accept returns/exchanges on any orders purchased with a coupon or promo code.
    • We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
    • Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the 100% accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
