Shipping Costs and Methods

Returns (USA Only. Within 15 Days.)

Your return must arrive at SAM. within 15 business days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time.  All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

• Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise.

• You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please Note: Packages received at SAM. after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.

USA SHIPPING
Free Shipping (5-7 business Days)
Orders placed before 3 PM US CT (US Central Time) will begin processing immediately and usually ship the next day given stock availability.  Internationonal shipping will be calculated upon order and must be paid by customer.

Guaranteed Shipping (Two Day & Next Day)
Orders placed before 3 PM US CT (US Central Time) using guaranteed shipping methods will begin processing immediately and are guaranteed to arrive by the date indicated on your shipping confirmation e-mail given stock availability.

Order Processing Information
Orders are processed based on availability and credit verification.

Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM US CT (US Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. SAM. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. 

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. 

Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by SAM. within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
